iSabiTV Comedy Roast: Make Africa Laugh Contest – Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility - Open to individuals aged 13 and above. - Participants must have a valid email address and internet access. 2. Submission Guidelines - Participants must sign up on the iSabiTV mobile app with a fully completed profile, including: - Valid email, phone number, and profile picture. - Social media handles (optional but encouraged). - Personal information (email & phone number) will remain private, while social media handles will be visible to others. - Each participant may submit only one original and unpublished comedy video. - Video submissions must align with the "Make Africa Laugh" theme and be family-friendly. - Explicit, suggestive, or offensive content (including inappropriate language, dressing, or insinuations) will result in disqualification. 3. Content Requirements - Video duration must not exceed 3 minutes. - Inappropriate, offensive, or plagiarized content will lead to immediate disqualification. - By submitting an entry, participants grant iSabiTV full rights to use, promote, and share their videos for promotional and marketing purposes. 4. Contest Timeline - Opening Date: March 10, 2025 - Submission Deadline: March 31, 2025 (11:59 PM W.A.T) - Winner Announcement: April 5, 2025 5. Winner Selection Criteria The winner will be determined based on: 1. Engagement & Audience Participation (Highest Likes, Views, and Comments) – 50% 2. Creativity & Originality – 30% 3. Video Quality & Presentation – 20% 4. Winner must have at least 100 followers on iSabiTV to qualify. 5. Winner must be following iSabiTV on social media before winning. 6. Contestants are encouraged to share links to their videos as any video with less than 100 likes or views will not win. 6. Prizes - Grand Prize: $200 (Two Hundred Dollars) for the video with the highest engagement (likes, views, and comments). - Prizes are non-transferable. - Winners will be contacted via their registered email. 7. Notification of Winners - Winners will be notified via email or SMS within two days after the contest ends. - If a winner fails to respond within five days, a new winner may be selected. 8. Publicity & Privacy - By participating, entrants authorize iSabiTV to use their name, image, and video for promotional purposes without additional compensation. - Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and not shared with third parties. 9. Disqualification & Changes iSabiTV reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: - Violates these terms. - Submits fraudulent content. - Engages in unethical activities (e.g., buying likes, views, or comments). - iSabiTV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice. 10.
